Christmas Trading Hours & Shipping Updates

Hello Lovely Lasher! 

Before you check out with your lash goodies today, I wanted to give you the lowdown on all things shipping leading up to Christmas.  


First up, I want to make sure that you know that Australia Post is currently experiencing widespread and well-publicised delays.

Many of their distribution centres are flooded with parcels due to a volume increase during lockdowns. 

Upcoming Clickfrenzy, Black Friday Sales and Christmas purchases are set to make this issue worse in the coming weeks.

You might not be affected at all; but I wanted to give you the heads up, just in case!

I promise that we'll get your order in the post within one business day - we're speedy like that!  

We want you to receive your parcel as soon as possible, but once your parcel is out of our hands, we have no control over how long it takes to get to you.   

With that in mind, we ask; Please do not ask us to refund or replace shipped orders that are affected by delays.  Your parcel has been sent, and will arrive as soon as Australia Post is able to deliver.   

We always send everything express, and give you a tracking number to follow your parcel.

If the tracking looks funky and you're really concerned about your parcel's location, we are happy to open an enquiry for you to confirm that it's safe at the distribution centre and waiting to be assigned to a driver. 

Australia Post customer service is currently taking up to 2 weeks to conduct investigations on new enquiries, so we'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we find out the location of your parcel.  Keep in mind, the more enquiries Australia Post receives, the longer they will take to process them.  

For extra peace of mind we are adding signature on delivery onto every parcel.  This service is an additional cost of $2.95 per parcel, which we will cover for you until 31st December 2021.

We'll be taking a well-deserved break for two weeks over Christmas. 
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday 17th December will be shipped when we return on Monday 3rd January.

Our office will be closed during this time and non-urgent enquiries will be answered when we return. 

I'll be checking in occasionally, so if you have an urgent issue I will get back to you ASAP, although I may not be able to resolve immediately as I will be travelling.  


This is such a crazy time of year, with clients wanting to look their best for holiday parties and events.  I have some recommendations for keeping things running smoothly this busy season: 

There's nothing worse than realising you might have to cancel appointments if your fresh adhesive doesn't arrive in time.  Plan ahead and don't wait until last minute to order stock. 

Check out your diary for the remainder of 2021 and determine how much product you will need to service all your clients in that time.  Order enough to ensure you're covered - it's also more affordable this way with our bulk buy discounts!

Are you local to our HQ at Coomera on the Gold Coast?  You're welcome to collect your order from 9am-12pm Monday to Friday, simply select store pickup on your cart page.
